Beatriz Ramirez is the Director of Client Engagement for The Resource Collaborative. Her core responsibilities include contract fulfillment, monitoring service delivery against schedule, quality, scope and budget; vendor resource planning, and assignment of business analysts and project managers. Additionally, Beatriz manages the client relationship through the project, addressing resource issues and managing expectations.
Prior to joining The Resource Collaborative, Beatriz served in various roles of increasing responsibility at AT&T, Atlas Data Systems, and the College Board. Among her many accomplishments are: Management and implementation of a $1 million+ records management initiative (Atlas Data Systems); Development of the IT Department’s Project Portfolio Management Methodology (AT&T Corporate); Implementation of more than 100 innovation projects enabling the launch of strategic products and services (At&T); Change agent and process implementation lead (College Board SAT Program). During her 25-year tenure at AT&T, Beatriz was awarded the AT&T President’s Award for Excellence five times.
Beatriz is a unique leader with the ability to think out of the box under the most adverse conditions, developing creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining adherence to corporate policies and procedures. Beatriz’s areas of proficiency include: Project/Program Management, Business Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, Programming and Development, and Records Management within Financial, Pharmaceutical and other Fortune 500 companies.
Beatriz holds a B.S. in business administration from Jersey City State College. Bea is fluent in Spanish and is an active Role Model and member of HISPA (Enabling Hispanic Role Models to Inspire Students Performance and Achievements) and a volunteer of Robert Wood Hospital in New Brunswick.
