Eileen O’Connell Fox serves as chief financial officer at The Resource Collaborative. Eileen brings to this position decades of experience in the finance industry. Eileen has held several management positions at European American Bank, including Assistant Treasurer, Commodity Finance; and Credit Suisse First Boston, where she spent a decade in a growing management capacity, serving as director of corporate finance and ultimately as director of the office of EVP Chief Credit Officer.
Eileen has shared her management and financial expertise with several civic and non-profit organizations, including Treasurer, Fundraising Chair and President in 2010-2011 for the College Woman’s Club of Westfield. The CWC has been very active in the Westfield Community for almost 100 years and currently provides approximately $50,000 in scholarships each year to between 6-8 recipients. Eileen currently Co-chairs the Scholarship Committee as well as serving on the Executive Board of the College Woman’s Club of Westfield and Treasurer of the Board of Governors of the Nomahegan Swim & Tennis Club.
Eileen holds a B.A. with a double major in English and History from Fairfield University, where she participated in the university’s honor’s program.
